This is my half of a trade with my lovely new friend :iconthedwarvenartist:!!:heart::squee:
She has created this beautifully tragic idea that Bofur lost his arm in the Battle of 5 Armies. :heart: I rather enjoy the idea, I guess because I know that Bofur would somehow overcome even this obstacle, and smile and laugh once again.:heart:
Here is the lovely little snippet she wrote for the idea, and I might have to expand upon it with Kelda.:D :[link]

Anywho, I imagine our sweet Bofur, standing next to the fireplace in his little house, just smoking, and wondering what he'll do about his erm..setback.:aww: I imagine Kelda walking in as he stands there, and asks him if he'll come to bed. He smiles at her gently, and follows her to their bedroom.:heart::heart::heart:

I hope you like this piece my dear!:hug: I had to keep the robe you gave him in that one piece because it's absolutely smashing on him!:horny:

I'l telling you, man, background are really bringing your work to a whole new level. Also, OH GOD. WHY.

Well, I suppose there's all sorts of machine bits to help him out. And if any race could figure out a working prosthetic, it would be the dwarves. I mean, hell, they had prosthetic hands that opened and closed at command during the early Victorian era, it's not a far stretch!
